Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Here’s how:
Contact your organization administrator
Your organization admin can remove your account and data directly from the VALT dashboard.
Or email us directly
Send a request to info@valtsports.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
Data removal timeline
All associated data is permanently removed from active systems within 30 days. Backup copies are deleted within 90 days.
Parents & Guardians:If you believe your child’s data was added to VALT without proper consent, contact us immediately at info@valtsports.com and we will remove their information promptly.
